Delivery & Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

Free Standard Shipping within Australia on orders over AUD $180 will be automatically applied.

A shipping fee up to AUD $20 is covered by this coupon. Any amount exceeding this will be charged at checkout.

All orders are shipped from our Ipswich, QLD location via Australia Post.

A tracking number will be sent to your nominated email once your order is dispatched.

Standard shipping generally takes 2–10 business days, depending on your location.
Delays & Assistance
If your parcel is delayed, please contact Australia Post directly with your tracking number for the most up-to-date information.
Incorrect Address or Undeliverable Parcels
We are unable to offer compensation or replacement for parcels sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
Items returned to sender due to address errors or delivery failure will incur:
